Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the MCS Alumnae will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday, 6th Aug 2016 at Marymount Convent School.

We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you are able to attend this meeting. Refreshments will be provided following the meeting.

We would like all alumnae members to try to attend the AGM. However, as we have always had a problem meeting the required quorum for our AGM,
we would appreciate it if you could appoint one of the following office bearers to act as your proxy if you are unable to attend.
